If you do request to be contacted and we cannot answer your question(s) ourselves, we will forward your e-mail to specific person(s) in the Phoenix Bonsai Society ONLY. For contacts outside of the club, you will be sent either a web address or phone number for you to then follow up with.
We do not use cookies
or any other means to keep track of or find out about specific visitors
to our site.
Our statistics
gathered via the LinkExchange Visitior Counter and Webtrends Analysis
Reports are nonpersonal counts and pages visited only. We do not
have any way of contacting or tracking specific visitors unless either
they give us a name on an e-mail which they send us or they download
and then mail to us one of the two order blanks currently on this site.
You will be included on the mailing list for our semi-annual newsletter, Fujii Notes, only if you specifically request to be. If you contact one of our sources or visit one of the links from our site, you will be directly dealing with that group. We do not necessarily recommend or promote any of the advertisers who appear at the top of the Site Search Engine Results Page(s). If you ever have an unpleasant experience dealing with one of our sources or other links, please let us know so we can investigate.
We will always ask for your permission
to reprint or quote from e-mail correspondence which you send us should we wish
to include your thoughts on one or more of our pages.
This site will
not knowingly include any text and/or graphics or link to any site
which features nudity, violence, disrespect for humans or other life
forms, sexual content, drug use, or other unlawful or "Adult Only"
activity.
Any historical material directly quoted which is detemined to imply any of the above will be indicated with "[sic]"
following the mention. This is standard academic shorthand for
"believe or not, that's what it actually says" (definition courtesy of
the late Alan Watts). So far, we have not had to edit out any
offending text or graphics from historical material.
In the Boldly Grow sections which list TV, film,
and video game protrayals of bonsai and the related arts, adult or
otherwise non-child-appropriate listings which we are aware of will
always be marked with a note in bold reddish print warning viewers that
there is non-family content elsewhere in the show or episode.
This web site
has a fine reputation to maintain as a respected and multi-cultural
educational site. We will do everything we can to so maintain that. If you ever feel that there is inappropriate material here, please contact us at rjb@phoenixbonsai.com.
Thank you.
